The flats have just been refurbished and renovated. They consist of modern, brightly furnished single and double rooms. A garden/terrace invites you to linger and relax together. Free high-speed WiFi is available in all areas. Free parking is available in a large car park in the immediate vicinity of the house.
THE ROOMS
The flats with 41 square metres and 60 square metres are suitable for 2 people. They each have 2 single beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Our large flat with 71 square metres is suitable for 4 people. There are 2 single rooms and a double room, a living area with kitchenette and a spacious bathroom with shower. The flats are always freshly cleaned and equipped with bed linen. Guests simply bring their own towels. The minimum rental period is 5 nights.
THE SURROUNDINGS
Berne railway station is a 2-minute walk away. Shopping facilities such as an Edeka supermarket, a bakery, a flower shop and various doctors can be reached quickly and easily in 5 minutes by car or on foot. Every Thursday from 2 to 6 p.m. there is a weekly market right on the doorstep, inviting you to stop by and sample the produce. The university/university of applied sciences and the city centres of Oldenburg/Delmenhort/Bremen can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
