We offer fully furnished rooms in our bright, spacious and quietly located accommodation. The entire property is also available for short and long-term rental. A quiet residential area close to nature in a very pleasant and relaxed neighbourhood provides the necessary peace and quiet after work. A garden/terrace invites you to linger and relax together.
THE HOUSE
The house has just been refurbished and renovated. There are two central showers/bathrooms, a WC, a central kitchen with dishwasher and fridge and a lounge with seating and a flat-screen TV for communal use. A garden/terrace invites you to linger and relax together. Free parking is available in a large car park right next to the house.
THE ROOMS
The accommodation units consist of modern, brightly furnished single, double or multi-bed rooms. The rooms are always freshly cleaned and equipped with bed linen. Guests simply bring their own towels. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The minimum rental period is 5 nights.
THE SURROUNDINGS
The university/university of applied sciences and the city centres of Oldenburg/Delmenhort/Bremen can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Shopping facilities such as an Edeka, a bakery, a flower shop and various doctors are easily and quickly reached by car in 5 minutes.
